Under What Circumstances Are Refunds Available?
Refunds are available for purchases under the following conditions:
1. Orders That Have Not Yet Shipped (Cancellations):

(2) More than 24 hours after placing the order (provided the package has not yet been dispatched): The order may still be cancelled; however, a 10% transaction fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
2. Orders Where Goods Were Not Received:
(1) Correct Address Provided, but Package Not Received After a Prolonged Period: After communicating with the customer to verify the details and obtaining their consent, a refund will be issued.
(2) Missing Items in Multi-Item Orders: After verification with the customer and obtaining their consent, a refund will be issued for the specific items that are missing.
3. Refund Issues After Receiving Goods:
(1) Product Damaged During Shipping: Please submit photos or videos to our Customer Service Department for verification. Once verified and agreed upon by both parties, a refund will be issued.
(2) Defective Product: Please submit photos or videos to our Customer Service Department for verification. Once verified and agreed upon by both parties, a refund will be issued.
(3) Change of Mind (Product Unused, Packaging Unopened, and Resalable Condition): Please submit photos to Customer Service for verification. Once verified and agreed upon by both parties, a return/refund will be processed.
